Tracy Volkman, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology

About Tracy
Tracy Volkman is a Doctor of Audiology and the Founder and President of Sunshine Audiology, Inc. in Roseville, California. With over 20 years of clinical experience, she has dedicated her career to helping patients of all ages, particularly older adults, hear and connect with the people and moments that matter most.
Tracy’s path to opening her own practice was built on years of hands-on care across hospital, ENT, and private practice settings. She specializes in comprehensive hearing aid consultations and fittings, real ear measurements, cochlear implant evaluations and activation, and auditory processing disorder testing and therapy. For her senior patients, she brings particular attention to the connection between hearing health and quality of life, cognitive wellbeing, and staying socially engaged.
Beyond the clinic, Tracy is active in community outreach, regularly participating in local health fairs, seminars, and hearing screenings to bring awareness and access to underserved members of the community. She is also actively involved with Sacramento State’s Audiology program, regularly hosting student interns as part of their educational journey.
She holds a Doctor of Audiology from A.T. Still University, a master’s degree from Sacramento State University, and a bachelor’s degree from Chico State University. She is a licensed Dispensing Audiologist in California and a member of the American Academy of Audiology, California Academy of Audiology, and the Academy of Doctors of Audiology.
When she’s not in the clinic, Tracy loves spending time with her husband and two teenage children. In addition to enjoying her family, you can often find her training for her next endurance event-she’s an ultra trail runner and has completed two full Ironman triathlons and five half-Ironmans.
